Romet Group CEO “service is still the most important aspect of hospitality”

The CEO of leading hospitality outlet Romet Group has spoke of how important service is within the industry in an opinion piece.

Dogan Kaya whose company controls a string of eateries such as Pivaz Restaurant, The Vincent, Cod & Co, Venerdi Restaurant and many more wrote “Despite price and cuisine playing a strong hand in the fast food and hospitality industry – service is still the most important aspect of hospitality.”

Kaya added: “People will pay a fraction more and travel a lot further for good service and that service also includes the environment.”
